Pursuit Therapy Referral

To request an appointment, kindly fill out our client intake form or you may contact our office directly by phone.  Family members, caregivers, friends, health professionals, support coordinators, or funding bodies are all welcome to make appointment requests. A GP referral is not required unless you opt to utilise a Medicare Care Plan for cost assistance. After submitting your request online, expect our response within 1-3 business days.

At Pursuit Therapy, we offer a number of appointment types to suit your individual needs. 

• Telehealth
• Mobile Speech Therapy Service (we come to you)
• Hybrid (combination of telehealth and face to face sessions)

Our clinicians will also be able to advise you on what will be the best option for you.
